1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AutomatesIt ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutomatesIt is a SaaS platform that helps local service businesses automatically generate and send follow-up messages (SMS and email) to their customers after completed jobs. Features include AI-generated message drafts, an approval queue, autopilot sending, and customer management.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate business to use AutomatesIt. By signing up, you confirm that you are authorized to communicate with the customers whose contact information you enter into the platform.

4. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact the customers you add to the platform.
• You must only add customers who have an existing relationship with your business and have provided their contact information to you.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any other regulations governing commercial communications.
• You must not use the Service to send spam, harassing messages, or any content that violates applicable law.
• You are responsible for the content of messages sent through your account, including AI-generated messages you approve.

5. SMS Communications

When using our SMS features, you agree that:

• You have obtained proper consent from message recipients as required by law.
• You will honor all opt-out requests immediately. Recipients who reply STOP will be automatically unsubscribed.
• Messages will be sent on behalf of your business through AutomatesIt's messaging infrastructure.
• You will not use the SMS feature for any purpose other than legitimate business follow-up communications with your own customers.

6. Subscription and Billing

AutomatesIt offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use AutomatesIt to:

• Send unsolicited messages to people who are not your customers
• Impersonate another business or individual
• Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy any part of the platform

8. Intellectual Property

AutomatesIt and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AutomatesIt and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your customer data and business information.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated messages will always meet your expectations. You are responsible for reviewing all messages before they are sent to customers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutomatesIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost customers, or regulatory fines resulting from your messaging practices.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive messaging practices, or use the Service in a way that creates legal risk for AutomatesIt or our messaging infrastructure providers.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
