4. SMS Messaging

AutomatesIt sends SMS messages on behalf of service businesses to their customers. All SMS recipients are existing customers of the service business who have provided their contact information directly to that business.

All messages include opt-out instructions. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for assistance.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on business activity.

Mobile opt-in and SMS consent information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We use it solely to deliver the service-related messages described above.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Twilio: To deliver SMS messages
• Resend: To deliver email messages
• Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Anthropic: AI message generation

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Customer contact records and message history are deleted when you close your account.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure database infrastructure, and access controls to protect your data.
